Guidelines for character creation

Heres some rules/a guideline for character creation.


-All new characters must be human(You can change them to something else soon enough )
-All human characters and the human forms of other characters must be made using Tektek(http://www.tektek.org/dream/dream.php) and only with starter items untill you've bought other items in-game and they're in your inventory.
